The third edition of CEA Tech Days will be held in Tokyo on Tuesday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 16, 2019 (for the 15th Leti Day, 5th Liten Day, and 3rd List Day) and in Taiwan on October 18, 2019 (2nd Leti Day).
CEA Tech is Europe's largest technology research organization and, increasingly, a key stakeholder in the international technology research ecosystem. The CEA Tech institutes are home to research facilities and know-how unavailable at any other organization in Europe.
One of the pillars of CEA Tech's international development strategy is to build partnerships with stakeholders in Japan and Taiwan. CEA Tech Days in Japan and Taiwan will showcase the latest CEA Tech developments—a not-to-be-missed opportunity for Japanese and Taiwanese partners.
October 15 (Tuesday): Technology for renewable energy (photovoltaics, multi-scale battery and fuel-cell modelling, power-to-gas, nanomaterials, the circular economy).
With keynote speakers from Kaneka Corporation and Honda Motor Co.
October 15 (Tuesday), afternoon: Technology for the nuclear industry (sensors and systems for decommissioning and decontamination, gamma imaging, radiobiological pollution monitoring in water, simulation for non-destructive testing, artificial intelligence for the nuclear industry).
With a keynote speaker from TEPCO.
October 16 (Wednesday): Semiconductors (Moore and Moore than More roadmap, silicon photonics, quantum computing, embedded AI, LiDAR, 5G).
With keynote speakers from SEMI Japan, Fujitsu, and NEC.
October 18 (Friday): Semiconductors (Moore and Moore than More roadmap, silicon photonics, quantum computing, embedded AI, LiDAR, 5G).
